Driven by a U.S. Air Force veteran’s understanding of mission-critical impact and a passion for transformative change often unseen in traditional settings, Katharina Helmick established Ouroboros Consulting. Her vision was to empower organizations to fully embrace the digital landscape and achieve new cycles of success. With 15 years dedicated to supporting the Air Force, including eight years managing F-16/F-22 aircraft maintenance production and, more recently, spearheading sustainable digital transformations for six different defense acquisition programs, Katharina brings a rich blend of hands-on operational insight and high-level strategic expertise.
